I have a CSV file updated every hour and i am wanting an automated application or program to make a change to it.
The change needed is a simple fine/replace command (for 10 entries only) and needs to be saved as a CSV... i have found if saving it via Excel that it adds stuff to the file that corrupts it, but Notepad works fine.
Any ideas? I was thinking Notepad++ maybe แทงบอลสเต็ป
