Add dark theme support for the https://sourceforge.net/ website.

For guests and simple users (I don't know if developers have dark theme already).

Site is unusable during the night. It's a health concern

I would also appreciate to use Dark mode on SourceForge's website, or at least to be able to set it in my profile Settings.
