Hi,
I've been having issues with obtaining CloneZilla ISOs through here. I've found numerous US repositories are not providing good bandwidth and do not have RESUME support enabled anymore, whereas this did not use to be an issue. I've been downloading files from SourceForge for decades, and for the majority of that time I've used Free Download Manager as my DLM of choice, with relatively few issues. But the last several months I've had this ongoing issue as described above.
I initially responded in a ticket from another user for another file, https://sourceforge.net/p/forge/site-support/25815/ but was unable to provide any more details until now.
Windows 11 23H2 build 22631.3810
FDM v6.23.0.5754
Here is a list of mirrors for a CloneZilla ISO that do not have RESUME enabled and download at barely above dialup speeds:
It took several minutes of testing to find an actual US mirror that does have RESUME enabled, Versaweb. Additionally, NCHC Korean server also has RESUME enabled:
Also attaching screenshots of an example server with no RESUME as well as for each of the successful ones.
FWIW, I live in the southeastern US, near Atlanta, so most of the servers listed from the US are geographically closer to me than Versaweb, and 9 times out of ten the auto-select feature picks one of these servers listed in the failed section as my download server.

Can't be converted:
Hello,
We are constantly working on improvements that will be helpful to most of our customers.
SourceForge.net staff also pays attention to the voting on Feature Request posts.
But it is not the only factor considered. If we have a good reason, we may reject a suggestion, even if it has high votes.
Sincerely,
SourceForge Support
Update. It's November. And this issue is still present.
To make it worse, Versaweb is not always listed for downloads (particularly those that are testing builds, like CloneZilla's test builds, and GParted's test builds).
What is the point of having Broadband internet when I'm being forced by the system to utilize 56K modem speeds with no RESUME support?
Additionally, with the way the system is set up, clicking on a file link takes me to an automatic download page that I cannot prevent from automatically starting a download that is using a poorly connected / configured repository. I have to stop the download, and hope I have enough time to delete the file, then click on the Problems Downloading button, in order to pick a viable mirror - otherwise the page advances to a useless sign up for updates page and any attempt to go back to the previous page automatically begins the download again.
If you plan on hamstringing us with poor servers, at least give us the chance to pick a decent mirror without forcing the download to automatically begin and then forcing the browser to automatically navigate away from the download page.
