#681 Excellmedia mirror is really slow for downloads

As a custom android ROM enthusiast, I download a lot of ROMs to the test features.
Most of them are hosted here on sourceforge. The mirror for India is Excellmedia and I get really bad download speeds using that mirror. (100-200KB/s on a 50 Megabits connection).
Can this issue be solved ?
