#550 Improve web hosting server
I have been hosting my projects (SmartPropoPlus/vJoy) on SF for many years.
I also use your project-web feature to host the related web pages.
However, your hosting server is growing outdated thus making the maintnance of my web-sites difficult. To be more specific, I would appreciate your attention on the following features:
PHP: currently 5.3.3, please upgrade to 5.6
PHP API: currently apache2handler. Please enable using 'fcgi/cgi'.
Session Path Writable: currently No. Need to be Yes
Please cosider these improvements.

Yes. A newer version of PHP would be nice. The latest phpBB 3.2 doesn't run on project web anymore because PHP is too old.
