If on a ticket page one clicks on ‘Approve’ for a comment awaiting moderation, it should automatically be displayed (i.e. the ‘This comment is awaiting moderation’ message be replaced with the actual comment).

I move to the feature request section from the support ticket area. To me this seems more like a feature request rather than a reported support issue.

Could you provide more detail about when this shows up? I believe Admins should see the comment text in gray, and then after approval it shows still. Only non-admins (who can't approve) should see ‘This comment is awaiting moderation’
