I'd like to suggest that wiki pages be stored in markup form as part of source code repo, as is done in github. This provides automatic version control/history/log, and allows developers to edit as part of their working copy if they don't want to do it online.
While this isn't exactly the same as this request, we now have a macro that will let you include repository content into a wiki page. This will let you write your docs in a source repo, and then display the contents in a wiki. it might just do the trick.
