#4 FDPA Error - LangPairs.txt

Similiar to other report, but for v. 6.01. New project
with the FDPA reports the following error
message: "There was a problem accessing the
LangPairs.txt. Please contact Tech Support to make
sure that this file is installed and that the FDPA is
in the correct location." File
langpairs.txt exists in the "D:\Program
Files\ForeignDesk\FD Apps" directory.
