#988 Research Naming Bug

Hi

I found another bug in 4DIAC-IDE, when you have several applications in your 4DIAC environment, the naming of resources have dependency to each other, which means if you have already RMT_DEV with name "PC_2" in your current application you will not be able to use "PC_2" name in another new/old application.
