#879 Improve appearance of FB and FB interface element properties

When selecting in the application editor a FB or an interface element of an FB (i.e., event/data in- output) the resulting appearance in the properties view needs for each element 3 lines. Furthermore every time you like to edit or view the value or the comment of such an element you need to expand a tree element. As vertical screen real estate is rather scarce because of wide-screen screens and the expanding needs lots of mouse movements and clicks I would propose to change this properties to a 3 column table with the columns:

• Name
• Value
• Comment
