#1071 Improve handling of keywords in ST parser and NameLibrary

Attached are two patches which improve the handling of keywords in the ST algorithm parser and in NameLibrary. The first adds the keywords 'T', 'LT' and 'DT' to the accepted names for variables and adapters in the ST parser. The second add list of keywords and corresponding checks to NameLibrary.
This obsoletes issue #1070.
