it seems that a special content provider for was not automatically enabled for the system explorer. In cset [fordiac-ide:d32cd1] I restructured the system explorer configuration so that this content provider should be enabled.
As Eclipse cashes settings you may have to delete the .metadata directory in our workspace to see the changes.
Or you can go into the configuration menu of the system explorer and check that all contents are activated, especially for the problem you are reporting look for: "FB Type Content"
Oh sorry I got this wrong. I then see it a little problematic that the name of a system is shown in both views with a different icon. Would it help to add in the type navigator the text "Type Lib:" in front of the system name?

I experimented a bit: Haveing a "Type Library:" text before the system's name makes it hard to find your system. Therefore I tried to put "'s Type Library" after the system's name. But this looks also rather ackward. Therfore I would stay with the type library icon and the system's name. As this still looks the most intutive. Any better suggestions?

hm may be "Type Library" (that it is the same as in the system explorer) ... may be a two lined text?
