#1017 System Import from XML file

when importing a system (with user defined FBs and default library) from an XML file the applications are created and the system tree lists the FBs contained within these applications but when the applications are opened they remain empty.
the resources show the mapped application parts correctly.

I just pushed a fix in cet [fordiac-ide:d7c8eb] which should resolve this issue.

after Import the applications contain all FBs but they are not connected and also not colored according to their mapping.
the resources seem to contain all FBs and Connections that come from any application as well as their Connections and the corresponding Color but they seem to miss those FBs that have been added directly into the resource.

Sorry for not better testing my fix. Unfortunately I have not really good import examples.

In caset [fordiac-ide:dd1dc0] you can find a fix for the problems you've reported in your last post. My sample import works now as intended.

But please further test and let me know if it is now also working for your.

Furthermore I tried to do some code cleanup by extracting some functions and removing duplicated code. Which I hope will make it easier in the future to maintain the importer.
