#58 HP LaserjetIII print offset

The ljet3 foomatic driver delivers an offset on its
page. Its offset is about 1/4" to the left and the top.

Using CUPS 1.1.23-6, kernal 2.6.10 and 2.4.26, results
are the same.

In the Imageable Area box on a printout of the .ppd,

Page Size: 8.18x10.67in

Lower-Left: 0.17x0.17in

Upper-Right: 8.33x10.83in

Could this be the problem?
