This is happening to me too. Using Gentoo 2005.0 emerge
ebuild to compile and install. I really need a solution to
this one. I have a /dev/fd/0 /dev/fd/1 /dev/fd/2 and
/dev/fd255 but no 3. Can't seem to create it either.
