#1 Music with special characters does not start playing

Characters like זרו is not working with the foobar
plugin. This is a big problem since these characters
are used all the time in Scandinavia. The entries turn
up in MP, but does not start playing. The music does
not play either if the charaters are in the file path
or in the music file name.

The problem is the same with both mp3 and other formats.
