#3 Folder Size column empty with removable drives

With my USB flash drive, the Folder Size column is empty. Same with CD's.
Is this intended funcitonality or is there a setting somewhere in WinXP that tells tries not to parse these directories?

Same thing with Netwrk drives or UNC paths.
Is there a way to choose if it must work or not with these
sources ?

Earlier versions only showed hard drives, with the intent of
not slowing down other drive types. But, due to popular
demand, Folder Size 2.2 now supports CD-ROMs, removable USB,
and network drives.
Now I'm thinking I should probably add an option to disable
some of these...
