The 0.6 release previously linked on [H]ardforums is out; it will be uploaded later today. It features a small download size at only 56 MB, an install script to do all the heavy lifting, and capability to allow clients to boot over a LAN. The client image includes libc, an ssh server (dropbear), and fully-featured busybox in 4MB of data transfer. A script is provided to retrieve Folding@Home from the Stanford site.
There are many bugs, but they will be slowly-but-surely squashed. It works for me, now I just have to get it going for everyone else.
