I have do decide for an TCP/IP stack on a LPC4333 CPU, one of the possibility is to use Your Stack, but unfortunately there is no Port available for the LPC43xx (the LPC1788 has a different Ethernet controller, and the port is under GPL3 while the last version of FNET is under Apache V2!). Do You have any plans to make a Port for other LPC Cpu's (now that NXP has acquired Freescale)?

There is no problem with the license. Apache 2 is fully compatible with GPLv3. And what? Not Freescale nor NXP does not support FNET, so far.
