#12 New records in JFile not moved to FileMaker

It looks like if something goes wrong during hotsync the conduit can believe that it moved new records when it actually didn't. I had a database with 2 records in both JFile and FileMaker. I added 4 more records in JFile, but then got an exception in FMSync. Once I got FMSync going again, it ignored the extra 4 records in JFile. I added another record to JFile and it synced correctly. I then made small modifications to the extra records in JFile and they moved over correctly on the next sync.
