Rework the tests for FIRSTS now that FIRST accepts the empty array.
However weird it is that FIRST outputs the origin of an array and not the first element, FIRSTS has the same behavior and this should be included as a regression test.

Move the feature requests to after all of the bug fixes in 8.5.0.
This seems like a better location that inserting them in the middle of bug fixes.

Add the results from FMSLogo 8.5.0 Windows 1033

Update with the results from the 8.5.0 test pass.
Some of the fonts appeared a little bolder, but it still looked close enough to me.
There's a bug in the test for FIRSTS that wasn't updated when FIRST was fixed to allow the empty array.

Update mklocale.pl to always retranslate everything in the pseudolocale.
This fixes a build break that stopped the official build for 8.5.0 that was caused by a "bad translation" that didn't get retranslated (really a syntax error).

Increment the version to 8.5.0 to prepare for the next release.

Prepare a README for version 8.5.0.

Reorder the bug fixes for 8.5.0 to be in numeric order.
This is consistent with how the others are arranged.

Add a "current_line" local variable in the re-treeification logic in eval_sequence.
Before it was using the global variable "this_line", but not for any apparent reason.
This makes it structually clearer that "this_line" is not conceptually modified.
