Fix Bug #608; SETLABELFONT no longer leaks memory when given an unknown font.
This was a regression introduced in version 8.3.0.

Note that Bug #404 was fixed in version 7.0.0.

This was unknowingly fixed by r4179 when ranged_integer_arg() was updated do to nothing if stopping_node==THROWING before it was called, as is the case when SETLABELFONT encounters a malformed element in the font vector input.

Fix a misleading comment.
The comment suggested that control flow probably reaches a particular line
for a macroized primitive. In fact, that line is reached for any macro,
primitive or not.

Rework the fix for Bug #602 so that it copies the argument list only in APPLY
and only if it's to be given to a primitive.

I thought that was what I had done in my original fix, but I was mislead
by the label name and comments. The place that the list was being copied
apply every time a primitive was called, not just when it was run by APPLY.

This change should result in faster execution relative to the previous fix,
although the improvement may be too small to be measurable.

Revert the fix for Bug #363.
This was really a work-around for Bug #505, which is has been fixed.
Therefore the work-around is no longer needed.

Fix Bug #505; FIRST now outputs an empty array's origin instead of throwing a bad input error.
This follows the behavior of UCBLogo.
This also fixes the behavior of "ARRAYTOLIST {}" to output the empty list.

Fix some spelling mistakes in comments

Rework some precompiler directives so that BITSAVE for high bit depths works on GNU/Linux.

Add a comment and an assert to explain the structure of "fun" in lambda_apply.
This helps to document the "calling contract" of the internals of the evaluator.

Make CHECKFILEAGAINSTBASELINE work correctly on GNU/Linux by adding a POSIX alternative to "cmd.exe /C move".
