Remove redundant links (when there are multiple lines to the same page in the same section).
This follows the conventions of wikipedia.
In some cases, this enabled the removal of an entire "See Also" section.
In other cases, it removed entire awkware sentences, as the sentence only existed to provide a link.

Remove a grammatically extranous comma before a "but"

Document and add regression tests for when BURY/TRACE/STEP is used on something that's not defined.
The behavior inherited from UCBLogo is that you can do this, although the effect isn't visible until the item is defined.
This is a response to Support Request #29.

Fix bug #588; correct grammar and awkward wording in the spanish translation of REMOVE.

Fix bug #587: change the translation of "Modal vs. Modeless Windows" from "La modalidad de las ventanas" to "Ventanas modales y no modales".

Change the documentation for the individual parts of the Commander from <section> to <varlistentry>.
A varlistentry is more compact and doesn't show up in the table of contents.

This also standardizes on the term "Commander History" for what was called Commander Output/Recall List Box. "History" doesn't capture that it includes the output, so it's not a perfect name, but it's short enough that you can talk about it.

Make more of WriteDIB compile on GNU/Linux platforms

Fix a heap corruption bug (invalid write) in ansi_to_unicode on non-MSW platforms.

Call checkqueue() from the timer callback on non-MSW platforms.
This fixes a problem in asteriodminer on GNU/Linux where the bonus counter didn't go down as time went on, only when there was keyboard input.

Use BITBLOCK to erase the selection with Sudoku instead of using LABEL in white.
If a font is anti-aliased, using LABEL in white leaves a outline, as is the case on Linux.

Also add some line breaks to improve readability of a long IF statement.
