Add a step: Add the LCID to manual/installing.xml
This became important when the LCIDs were added to the manual as a command-line option.

Port more of MACHINE to use wxWidgets functions
This enables more of it to work on GNU/Linux platforms

Update lmachine to function better on GNU/Linux.
There are still aspects that have not been implemented using platform independent logic.

Ban the use of "vector de color" in favor of "lista de color".
The term "vector" is confusing because it's the word for array and a "color vector" must be a list, not an array.

Replace "a series of tokens" with "form", which is defined as a "series of tokenns"

Rewrite some sentences to use terms that better follow the style guide.
(Specifically removing call and callback.)

Document that REPCOUNT can be used from within a FOREVER instructionlist.

Fix a vestigal inaccuracy about tokenization.
Backslashed characters can't be distinguished by BACKSLASHEDP because the backslash is removed while parsing. Characters entered within vertical bars can be distiguished.
I suspect that, at some point, the earlier statement was true and that the documentation was not updated when the code was changed.
This change was mostly copied from the UCBLogo 6.2 manual, including its location within the chapter.

Document the command-line options that can be given to the installer.

A user had reported that they were unable to get silent installing working with "/s".
I realized that, not only is it not documented that it must be "/S", it wasn't documented at all.

Fix the asserts in Interpolate (they failed when loading benchmark.lgo)
