Document the scrollbar position members of MACHINE's output.
These were added for feature request #131.

Allow JPEG in logohelp.xml
This is part of the copyright notice, now that fmslogo links to libjpeg.

Document that the input to SCROLLX and SCROLLY is in pixels

Implement feature request #131; MACHINE output now includes the screen window's scrollbar positions.
This enabled better testing of SCROLLX and SCROLLY.

Enhance MACHINETEST.SMOKETEST to check the last two items in the list

Fix minor problems in MACHINETEST.SMOKETEST
- fixed incorrect comments
- fixed an incorrect calculation with no impact
- removed an unused assignment of a local variable

Refactoring: Move logic for invalidating the screen from LoadBitmapFile to LoadImage
LoadImage is the function which actually draws to the screen so it's the one that knows what needs to be invalidated.
This removes unnecessary invalidation when BITLOADSIZE is used.

Fix a typo in the documentation for DLLCALL:
"allows to extend the reach" -> "allows you to extend the reach"

Clarify the documentation of "small enough" is for BITLOAD

Compile as "large address aware".
On systems which support it, this enables FMSLogo to access 3GB of memory instead of the usual 2GB for 32-bit programs.
