Update the patch for imagbmp.cpp to be what I submitted to the wxWidgets master.
This doesn't use exceptions but instead tests that biClrUsed is in a reasonable range.

Add a DLLCALL sample for SetClipboardData()

Port BITSIZE to use wxWidgets for everything except BITINDEX 0.
This makes BITSIZE available on GNU/Linux platforms.

Add missing regression tests for BITSIZE

Stop DLLCALL from truncating "U" parameters at the first NUL for word inputs.
This enables a clever caller to pass arbitrary binary data.
The motivation for this is to be able to call ::SetClipboardData with a bitmap for the purpose of testing BITSIZE when BITINDEX=0.

Update DUMPBIN to describe the "ascii" value as a code point.
This is technically more accurate since the input could contain arbitrary Unicode characters.

Add a few more backward-compatibility tests for DLLCALL.
(strtod and atoi only check the prefix)
