Fix some uninitialized variable warnings when the link text is unknown.
In this case, only the warning about the linkend being unknown should be printed.

Move the documentation for # from the general control structures section to the section on template-based iteration.
# only works for iterators, so this is a better section for it.

Fix incorrect technial term "flow control" -> "control flow"
According to wikipedia:
"flow control" is for changing the rate of hardware communication.
"control flow" is for changing the way a program executes

Manfred Zindel discovered this procedure by accident and was puzzled why it should always be -1.

Add a "Run as Administrator" option to the context menu for Logo programs.
This was primarily done to make it possible to write installers in Logo that can add new procedures to "logolib" when FMSLogo is installed to C:\Program Files.

Add a manifest to disable UAC virtualization.
This isn't needed since FMSLogo can run as a standard user. Having UAC virtualization enabled leads to confusing behavior, like not getting an error when trying to write to a system directory.

Add a DLLCALL sample for GetModuleFileNameW(HMODULE)

Add DLLCALL samples for getting and setting the current working directory.
