Document that the width/height that's specified on the command line can be retrieved programmatically with MACHINE.

Change "es reducida" to "se reducen", which sounds more natural to me.
"es reducida" is grammatically incorrect because the sentence says the width/height change (estar would be more appropriate but also unnatural).

Strip down the release notes to what is strictly necessary.

Prepare the version/README for releasing 8.1.0.

Remove vestiges of the never-implemented Hindi translation.
It's been more than a year since someone offer to translate the manual to Hindi and I haven't heard anything.
There's no reason to keep this in the build if it's never going to be implemented.
