Translate the front matter for each of the windowing API subtypes into Spanish.
This translation is based on Rosario Ruiz's translation of the MSWLogo manual.

Fix a bad translation for "such as" ("tal que" -> "tales como")

Fix a few typos in the front-matter for the Windows API

Remove a line break in the middle of a sentence

Fix a typo: "will not loose control" -> "will not lose control"

Fix odd wording: "milliseconds of time" -> "milliseconds"

Fix typo: "if there are more item" -> "if there are more items"

Style change: "an empty list" -> "the empty list"

Fix some misinformation about the recoverability of an out-of-memory error.
There are two error codes. Error Code #1 can be caught. Error Code #34 cannot be caught.

Add exceptions for the allcaps words that pull in the publishing characters, like —
