Fix a typo: "will not loose control" -> "will not lose control"

Fix odd wording: "milliseconds of time" -> "milliseconds"

There are two error codes. Error Code #1 can be caught. Error Code #34 cannot be caught.

Fix a typo: "with special variable" -> "with special variables"

Remove an extranous space in the Spanish LOCALIZED_FILE_CHDIRSUCCEEDED (it looked weird).
This make more sense than including the extra space in the documentation's sample output.

Translate the documentation for the directory procedures to Spanish.
