Port the implementation of the editor's Search menu options to the wxWidgets project.

Remove gcc-makefile.mk. I'm not sure why I added this, but it doesn't work and will never work. Instead, gcc can be used to compile the "wxWidgets" port.

Remove the example code that references cryptography so that FMSLogo isn't subject to U.S. export controls.

Port the automatic brace highlighting from the OWL project to the wxWidgets project.

Make event handlers private.

Add logic to disable commands in the edit menu when they would have no meaningful effect.

Implement the basic text editing menu options (copy, paste, cut, etc.)

Do some initial integration of the Scintilla-based logo editor into the wxWidgets project.

Fix a hack where the commander's button layout was calculated based on a hard-coded width/height, instead of using the base dialog units.

Fix the BYE command in the wxWidgets project by implementing the application's idle handler as the Borland project implements it. This also fixes the -P command-line parameter.
