Remove GOTO and TAG from the documented procedures. These are not currently supported by FMSLogo. Someday, I'd like to support them for compatibility with UCBLogo, but it is too late in the FMSLogo 6.10.0 release cycle to consider that. If FMSLogo ever does support these operations, the documention will be switched back in.
