I see that wine is a possibility, but we do need it to use native code- or be cleverly packaged to get into a Linux distro. That achieved we need to get one to work on the Raspberry Pi- including access to the GPIO port.
This is urgent my grandson is already two! Greetings and thanks for your persistence
Hi Clem,
This sounds like a re-request of Feature Request #1, with a slight change that this emphasize incorporation in a distro. I'm still a long way away from that, but someone else had beaten me to it. See this dicussion thread. By my count, your grandson is about 4, so this comes just in time for you.

I was able to get enough of FMSLogo working on Fedora that I could play Asteroid Miner. It's definitely "alpha" quality, but enough should be far enough along for most uses. I don't know how to compile and package things for a Linux distro, so if anyone is willing take on that effort, please post to this thread.
In the meantime, a tech enthusiast should be able to check out the source code and run "make" in the "src" directory to compile it themselves.
