#36 Can't open video from a http:// url under windows XP SP3

When I try to open a url in FMJ Studio under windows XP SP3 it gives me the error at the bottom.
If I save the same video and open in locally it runs fine without any errors or warnings.
If I open the url under osx10.5 it also run just fine.
The same problems arrise when I embed the player in my app.
