#2 eps + epdf + bitmap format to root (e.g. c:\) not working

Export to eps, epdf and bitmap formats to root drives
like C:\ does not work correctly. Resulting files do
not contain images!

Bug is fixed. Export to root folder like C:\ works.
Also fixed erroneous display while exporting if Visio
document has background pages.
