Amounst other things, I use FMA to send out SMS
messages to groups of people... such as clients and
people who attend various workshops I hold.
Many of these people are not people I ever call... and
hence I don't want their phone number stored on my
phone. I do, however, want to be able to send them
messages via FMA. At the moment I have no easy way to
do this without also having these people in my phone
address book.
Here is what I would like to suggest:
1) A new section/folder in FMA where I can store
contacts that do not syncronise with my phone
2) The ability to set up a secondary OUTLOOK
syncronisation filter for this folder... so that I can
add a Category to these contacts in Outlook and they
will syncronise to this special folder. Also the
ability to simply have this folder syncronise with an
entire contact folder in Outlook.
3) The ability to set up GROUPS within this special
folder. These "GROUPS" are independant of the ones on
the phone.
4) The ability to then send SMS messages to these
people and these groups.

THE OUTCOME
I believe that with these features FMA will become an
even more powerful tool for distributing SMS messages
from ones computer. This, I feel, would be a great
addition to FMA's already strong base of features and uses.
