i find  aBug in the Upload Speed Limiter
Ban and Normal  work correctly but the other 128kb/s to 10mb/s doent work
i get the same info when i was ban to download "  connetion closed "

GreyLink like the same problem 

u can limit speed from a seperat user to 128kb/s   
but when u set  MAX UL für all in general uplaod settings   user cant only run with 8kb/s     also when user can 128kb/s from max  General UL speed ov 500kb/s
when i change from Generla UL speed from 500 to 1024  he can dowload with 16kb/s   but not with 128kb/s
