#178 please increase the "ClickN" dead zone (presently 1px)

If you move the pointer just one pixel while clicking
on the titlebar, fluxbox does not consider it as a
click, thus not performing the expected behaviour
(focusing the tab, for instance). Having a jerky
mouse, sometimes I have to try many times to archive
the zero-movement click.

I should allow a certain threshold of movement to
consider (maybe just the where the drag starts).
Other option is to act on mousedown.

Hm.. just realised that the threshold to the drag movement
is already at 1 pixel. I don't know the usual threshold to
interpret a click (as opposed to a drag), maybe like 4 to 8
pixels.

@Mathias, would you fine by eg. a Manhattan length of 3 or so?

(While performing a perfect click with a mouse is easy, I imagine myself trying to do this with these dreaded touchpads ;-)
