#5 Dup Airfield counts

On v2.02.05 ::
A look at the Airfield visit analysis shows all counts are even and a check on some individual locations show that the count is double what they should be.

Code where the problem area is at CCB000-LBR-ANALYSIS

but a quick look does not show the problem, i.e., no duplicate calls here!! --

will continue to look for the buggy code.
