I don't think it does.  However, I'll check the trees myself to ensure that
we haven't missed anything.

I'm not sure I've seen an announcement about the branches being cut yet.

In any case, I don't think the freeze really extends to the manual.  I'm
quite happy to have further changes to make it more accurately reflect the
software, and check in a final version just before the release itself.
