Thank you Stuart.

The changes are only in branch next.  I'm assuming the 2018.3.0 release 
process will trigger an update to branch master, so I have not updated 
it manually.

I believe the code freeze has begun.  Does this freeze also extend to 
include the manual?  I was thinking only show-stopper items would 
justify a change at this point.
