Hi Team,

I finished the work on the FG Manual.

English version - Mainly new screenshots, fixed typos, and eliminate 
overruns

non-English versions (fr, it, de):

     Major changes.
     Lots of broken, missing, overruns, and incomplete areas.
     I took an approach in which areas lacking a translation display 
English text in fuchsia.
         This draws attention to the need to translate
         Fixes important things like the lack of a table of contents and 
index

Fixing the problems consumed all my time, so I didn't get a chance to 
author new material.
non-English versions should see a big improvement.  New content will 
have to be postponed until a future release.


*Note to translators:*

I fixed the accents and graves throughout.  Please use *\'{\i}* and *\`{\i}
*\'{i} will not work

I would appreciate a read through of the *French, Italian, and German* 
versions to spot any obvious issues.

I changed the language template/pattern throughout the *.tex files:

\IfLanguageName{french}{
     ...
*}{*
\IfLanguageName{italian}{
     ...
*}{*
     % default: English
     /translatorStart
     ...
/translatorEnd
*}}*

I understand this change will make finding the delta changes harder, but 
it really needed to be done.
My apology for the extra work this will impose upon you.
