This is a big win since base tile loading is faster and we don’t pay the memory cost until the relevant stuff is in view. (And, it can be paged out again) Again I’m not 100% sure we are dig this for random surface lights, but it would make complete sense since we’re doing it for everything else now. Kind regards, James |
