OK, so the data *are* differentiated in the original database (one is "named" CAT300/015 and the other CAT334/016). Unfortunately, this information was lost when the original database was "cooked" and as far as I can tell there doesn't seem to be a way for FGFS to tell the two apart; when you select one, you always get the last one in the data file (in this case, the one in Italy)...
