I have indeed found other duplicates in the last DAFIF cycle released in 
the public domain. When I get back to the computer hosting the database 
where I keep fixes, I can check these.

With my database and a PERL script, I retrieve all fixes (or NDBs or 
VORs) with the same name and by using great circle navigation routines, 
I select the one closest to the current point.
