f16: multiplayer fixes

- do not pollute the property trees of remote aircraft over mp.
- hide the pilot from internal views, even over mp.

The properties /sim/current-view/* and /sim/rendering/* always exist
and belong to the instance of flightgear viewing the aircraft, not to
the aircraft itself. Therefore we must always use a leading slash
for these properties.
