Citation II version 4.0.1: animate human occupants over multiplayer

* Citation-II-common.xml (sim/multiplay/generic): delete the string properties, they
were unused.
(sim/model/crew[*], sim/model/pax[*]): move to...
* Models/Human/humans.xml: ... this new file.
* Models/Citation-II.xml (nasal/load): when a remote citation appears, load
Models/Humans/humans.xml.
* Models/Humans/*-pose.xml: delete, merge into humans.xml so that they are loaded for
a remote Citation.
