Trunk: MD-80: Update to version 720

- Controls: Tweak to power elevator rate
- DU: Reworked PFD with more accurate graphics
- Sim: Updated EPR model with better ram rise effects
- Sim: Minor optimization and cleanup
- Sim: MD-81 changed to JT8D-217 engines
- Systems: Implement HVAC simulation and cabin temperature control
- Systems: Implement pressurization simulation with manual and automatic modes
- Systems: Corrected mistake in hot and high thrust limit tables
- Systems: Hydraulic pumps are no longer instant
- VC: Added EDP and SDP engine instruments as an option
- VC: Fixed font for some numbers on some instruments and panels
- VC: Added the cabin altitude/pressure gauge to overhead
- VC: Make firetank cover controls standard with rest of airplane
- VC: Add annunciator bright/dim
