Lockheed1049h 4.0.1: change the transponder and minor fix to lighting.

- Use a KT70 instead of a KT76A transponder, with a digital display that resembles the
radios.
- Transmit /controls/lighting/chart over multiplayer.
- Use it for the transponder bezel, like for the knobs of the radios.

Lockheed1049h: version 4.0: new engineer dual-control protocol.

- Lockheed1049h-engineer-set.xml: adjust the names of properties used by the fuel computer,
in nasal, which must not be nil in the engineer.
- Models/Instruments/*.xml,
Models/Lockheed1049h.xml,
Models/Lockheed1049h_Cockpit.xml,
Models/Lockheed1049h_Instruments.xml: use absolute property paths for the properties
controllable by the engineer. This is counter-intuitive; normally, only relative paths
should be used but this is a special case: the engineer must see the knobs and levers
move *in the pilot's model* where he clicks. Therefore, we animate these knobs and
switches using the engineer's (absolute path) properties, which the engineer also
sends over multiplayer to the pilot.
- Split the cockpit lighting into three zones:
/controls/lighting/panel-norm for the front panel (captain and copilot);
/controls/lighting/overhead-norm for the overhead panel;
/controls/lighting/engineer-norm for the engineer panel.
- Nasal/L1049h-dual-control.nas: stop using MostRecentSelector from dual-control-tools.nas
and simplify the protocol. No property is ever sent both ways anymore, as this would
cause the pilot and engineer to fight for control. After being selected by the captain,
the engineer gains exclusive control of:
battery and cart switches,
magnetos,
fuel, fuel dump and cross-feed valves,
engine select and engine start,
cowl flaps, propeller pitch, throttle, supercharger, mixture.
- Help/help.xml: explain.
