This requires electrical voltage, so create a new electrical system instead of using
the generic one from fgaddon.

747-8i: adjust the default pilot view slightly.

747-8i: replace one more settimer loop running at frame rate with a timer at 5 Hz.

787-8i: do not pollute the property trees of remote aircraft.

747-8i: Nasal/wipers.nas: replace settimer loop with a listener and a timer.

Two settimer loops, one per wiper, would run at frame rate. Now, two listeners
start and stop one timer each. The listeners and timers are created only once.

- Replace the Nasal range computer by an even more efficient property rule.
- brakesystem.nas, system.nas, pneumatic.nas: replace settimer loops by timers.
- fuel_system.nas: replace settimer loops by timers and make the timings compatible
with /sim/speed-up. Previously, the fuel burn rate was independent of time acceleration.
